Initiated on June 9, the summit aimed to establish a unified strategy among opposition leaders for selecting a single presidential candidate. Gachagua emphasized that the meeting would finalize a framework for negotiations and collaboration within the opposition camp.
Through this prolonged engagement, Gachagua projects confidence in his ability to unseat the incumbent president, signaling a significant political maneuver ahead of the 2027 elections.
