Paul Ng'eno, Brother of Late MP Johana Ng'eno, Dies Days After Gachagua's Hospital Bill Pledge
Paul Ng'eno, brother to late MP Johana Ng'eno, passed away hours after Gachagua vowed to cover his hospital expenses and build a mausoleum in Narok.
Paul Ng'eno, elder brother to the late Emurua Dikirr MP Johana Ng'eno, died on August 21 following complications from injuries sustained in a motorbike accident. The family confirmed his passing after a period of treatment in Eldoret.
Paul had been hospitalized with spinal cord and throat injuries and had recently undergone surgery. Though initially stable and slated for discharge, his condition suddenly worsened leading to his death.
Gachagua's Support Hours Before Passing
Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua visited the Ng'eno family homestead in Mogondo, Narok County, just hours before Paul's death. During the visit, he met with the family matriarch, Mary Temas, and pledged to pay Paul’s outstanding hospital bill of KSh 1.8 million.
Gachagua also committed to constructing a mausoleum to honour the late MP Johana Ng'eno, who died earlier this year in a helicopter crash. He has advocated for an independent investigation into Johana’s death, calling for involvement from Scotland Yard and the FBI.

Johana Ng'eno died on February 28 in a helicopter crash in Nandi County. The Airbus H125 went down amid poor visibility, killing all six passengers onboard. Paul was the sole surviving brother of Johana and the only son of their mother, Mary Temas.
