On Saturday afternoon, a multi-vehicle collision occurred near Simba Cement along the Nakuru-Eldoret Highway at Salgaa, resulting in multiple casualties and significant traffic disruptions.
Emergency teams and police quickly responded to the scene, providing medical aid and coordinating rescue efforts. Witnesses confirmed that the driver of a long-distance truck involved in the crash died at the scene, while the truck's assistant survived.
