The Ministry of Roads has announced a vacancy for a senior finance and administration position at the Northern Corridor Transit and Transport Coordination Authority (NCTTCA). The role is based at the Authority's Permanent Secretariat in Mombasa and carries a four-year contract, renewable twice.
About the Role
Classified as a P5-grade post, the successful candidate will report directly to the Executive Secretary of NCTTCA. Responsibilities include advising on human resources, financial management, material resources, and general services. The role involves developing financial and HR strategies aligned with the Authority’s objectives, managing recruitment, career development, training, salary administration, and supervising accountants and administrative staff.
Candidate Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Public Administration, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in national or international organizations.
