Professional and Political Background
Mundubile holds qualifications in law and accounting, including ACCA certification, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a Diploma in Legislative Drafting from the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education, and a Master of Laws (LLM). Before entering politics, he built a career as a lawyer and accountant.
He began his political journey with the Patriotic Front (PF), winning the Mporokoso parliamentary seat in 2016 and retaining it in 2021. Under former President Edgar Lungu, Mundubile served as Provincial Minister for Northern Province and later as Government Chief Whip.
