What is UWBO DAO?
UWBO DAO is a decentralized autonomous voting system built on the ERC-20 standard to facilitate fair and transparent decision-making on the most important crypto-related issues. There are two types of voting mechanisms: proposals for governance-related questions, similar to the UN model, and surveys where companies can conduct polls within the crypto community
Purpose: Proposals are the most formal and official voting mechanism within UWBO, designed for governance-related decisions that impact the entire crypto industry. These proposals function similarly to UN resolutions, where all member countries participate in voting on critical issues. The voting duration is typically longer, ensuring thorough consideration of the matters at hand.
Examples: Establishing global crypto regulations, setting industry standards, or deciding on international compliance frameworks.
Purpose: Surveys provide a platform for companies and individuals to gather specific feedback and insights from the crypto community. Unlike formal proposals, surveys are more business-focused, allowing companies, associations, and individual users to choose the topics and questions to gather industry data and opinions.
Examples: Understanding market trends, gathering input on product features, or assessing the impact of new technologies on the industry
