Marta Kelly de Oliveira Silva, a 33-year-old social media influencer with over 267,000 Instagram followers, has passed away following complications from a cosmetic surgery procedure. A mother of three, Marta was known for sharing her family life online.
She underwent a combined cosmetic surgery, reportedly involving liposuction, bust implants, and a tummy tuck, on August 12, 2026. Although discharged the following day, Marta’s condition rapidly deteriorated, leading to her hospitalization in Volta Redonda, Brazil, on August 14.
Despite intensive medical care, Marta did not recover and died on Monday. Her funeral took place the next day in Volta Redonda.
Family Tribute
Marta’s husband, Marcus Vinícius, announced her death with a heartfelt message, describing her as the love of his life and a devoted mother to their three sons, Théo, Ravi, and Filippo. The couple had been together for 15 years.
Marcus expressed the immense loss and praised Marta’s gentle nature and unwavering care for their children. He also highlighted her bravery during her final days, stating she fought until the very end.
Looking ahead, Marcus vowed to honor Marta’s memory by raising their sons with the love and values she embodied, ensuring they always remember their mother’s profound impact on their lives.
