Brianna-Simone Ngecu of Muthaiga Golf Club has made history as the only female golfer to advance to the quarterfinals of the 2026 NCBA Kenya Junior Matchplay Championship held at Sigona Golf Club.
Ngecu secured her spot in the final eight with a commanding 6&4 victory over Jemile Gacheru in the opening matchplay round, standing out among Kenya's top junior golfers.
